Ten stays at Ronald McDonald House & counting
Marcella and her three year old son, Gaulai, have made ten trips to Ronald McDonald House since Gaulai was diagnosed deaf, at one month old.
“This place is a home away from home. The staff have always been helpful, always friendly, welcoming. I can’t feel this in a motel… he loves it here,” Marcella explained.
Without Ronald McDonald House, Gaulai could not attend his appointments. He would not receieve the treatment he needs.
“This facility needs to stay up and running. If it wasn’t for Ronald McDonald House, I wouldn’t be making these trips, honestly. A lot of families probably wouldn’t make appointments if there wasn’t a place like this to accommodate them, to accommodate their needs. Without [Ronald McDonald House], life would be so hard for families with sick kids.”

Thankyou for the amazing support you provide to families. We have provided this donation as a 'giving back' to community from the schools that we photograph in North Queensland. For each school we photograph we ask them to select which charity they would like us to contribute $100 to and RMHC is always a popular choice and 10 of our schools have selected RMHC this year and we proudly support that decision.
