I confirm that I have read and agree to the Spin for a Cause Participant Terms and Conditions and the Fundraising Terms of Agreement.
I understand the health and safety requirements and risks associated with participation, agree to complete all required forms and waivers, and acknowledge that failure to comply with the Fundraising Terms of Agreement may result in my registration being cancelled.
